Love the look of this delicious homemade chocolate bark? With just six simple ingredients, it can be made at a moments notice but is guaranteed to impress.
These goodies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days – perfect for planning ahead!
Ingredients:
- 6 whole Salada Crackers
- 150g Butter
- 150g Brown Sugar
- 160g Mixed Nuts, chopped and toasted
- 60g Cranberries
- 180g Dark chocolate chunks
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees on fan bake
- Line a tray with baking paper and lay down the crackers flat
- Melt together the butter and brown sugar, then boil for one minute
- Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly
- Bake for 10 mins until very golden brown
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the chocolate, before returning to the oven for one minute to melt the chocolate
- Spread the chocolate with a pallet knife, and sprinkle over the nuts and cranberries
- Shake the tin to spread them evenly and ensure they stick to the chocolate
- Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt
- Put the tray in the fridge to set. When firm, snap them into pieces and enjoy!
